70g Desiccated Coconut
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
Tbsp Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds
3 Squares Dark Chocolate
In a food processor blend the almonds, goji berries, dates and coconut. Once desiccated into a type of powder. Mix in the 3 eggs and 3 tbsp of Coconut Oil.
Meanwhile turn the oven to 180c and line a tin with greaseproof paper or coconut oil.
Pour mixture into the tin and lightly pat down.
Bake for 20 mins. Pull out of the oven to cool.
While still warm sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and leftover gojis on top.
After 5 minutes microwave the dark chocolate and lightly drizzle over the top.
